Curious if any literature exists to use as a guide for implementing this program elsewhere.  Would like to start this up in Florida.  Thanks.

I have been involved in Forest Service managed programs however the time required is simply too high for the typical recreationalist.

I know this is old, but link doesn't exist is there any info available online to review and present to a club?
