I would be all right with riding with someone.  Just not as fun that way.

I am a good spotter, and can do that for someone as a passenger if needed.

If Jeep was to loan me one, it would never be the same, and they would probably stop giving out loaners to us.

I have this on my calendar of events to attend, as I think we need to be here.

I am in for this one.  I missed the VA4WDA Annual run this year.  I am not going to miss this one.

Tony

Thanks for the offer of the seat.  I appreciate it.

Are you active duty military?
I have 24 years in the Navy, and am out here in Lemoore, Ca.

Thanks

This sounds great. Count me in for this one. I can also throw my name in the hat as a guide. I allot of fun doing it at CJ.

Todd, I am retired from the Coast Guard and if you needed to ride shutgun with someone, I would be more than happly to let a "Navy Man" ride along. LOL

Can't wait to see everyone there again.

Todd yes i am active at least for another 13 months. I retire in Oct 08. I am on the Carl Vinson in the ship yards right now. Normal job is an AE but right now we are just janitors. Oh well, i picked it. I talked with Chris this weekend and it sounds like they got alot going with this one. So i can't wait to get out there and try out my freshly rebuilt shoulder. I will be guiding for sure.

Tony

Thanks

I was on the Carl Vinson years ago for a couple of cruises.  Fun times.
I was also ships company for 2 years with AIMD, and ran the EA-6B Vans complex.  I am an AT that people think is a little different because I do not play with computers all the time and wrench on my own jeep.

This Wheel-in will be fun, and I am looking forward to it.

Thanks

Since the Commando worked "almost perfectly" this weekend, I'll have 2 trail rigs come April. Might be convinced to drag the YJ up along with the C104...Just gotta figure out how to get them both on the 16' trailer. Shocked

Pardon my ignorance if this has been covered and I've missed it somewhere, but I have a couple questions.  Will there be a vehicle limit for the event?  And will there be camping in the field as with the VA4WD annual run?  I guess I'm just trying to figure out what to expect, as in will this event mirror our annual run, or something huge like Camp Jeep with hundreds and no camping.

Keith,
There will be no camping on site.  The vehicle limit is still under discussion I believe.
