OK OK that's true I was not going to add the part about living there, only trying to help get the name out there,
it only takes about 20 to get to Oak Ridge from there so not to bad

I have 2 answers for you...
We will be wheeling Friday and Saturday.
We will be running the Oak Ridge trail system in loop fashion, just like the Oak Ridge Jeep Jamboree and the VA4WDA Trail Ride.
Thanks for the reply Chris. So, do folks need to show up for Thursday then, as the event is listed as a 3 day?

Richard,
It is really up to you whether you come out Thursday or Friday. Registration will begin Thursday and there will be Vendors there to look at. However, the registration was not going to begin until after 4:00p.m.. We are going to post several new threads today about the Wheel-in (FAQ's, lodging etc.). These should cover all of the questions you may have, however, if yo have any questions please feel free to post them and I will answer the best I can. Thank you for signing up and supporting UFWDA. Hope to see you there.

Well, you started it Pete, so let's get going. If you would like to volunteer to be a trail guide (specify lead or tailgunner) please e-mail me direct at
toynrnd@cox.net
and we'll start putting a list together.
Chris,
I emailed direct as instructed. I have not heard anything back yet. Shall I continue to be patient?
Thanks,
Richard

How can I be so behind already for an event that is 5 months away? I plan to contact those that volunteered hopefully this weekend by e-mail to get things rolling. Thank you for your continued patience!

Sounds like you got an eager bunch ready to go Chris, and I just aired up and reconnected from the last run
Glad AIR is free unlike GAS.... Ben (who finally mastered the UFWDA registration form)

Unless you use CO2!
I pay $13.00 for a 15lb bottle here in Cali.
Paid $21.00 in Vegas while there for SEMA.

Thanks for all the help, we just registered, and were number 80, after only five days. I can't wait, wheelin' at Oakridge is always a blast!
Be well,
Richard

Because I'm lazy...is this event full? I heard it was, but the link still works to register.

Yes it is still open.
On a related note, why is the CC payment option not secure for the wheel-in registration? The online store payment is but not the wheel-in. Personally, I ended up paying by check because of it.

This problem has been corrected.
