Is UFWDA interested in setting up at the vendor show for EJS 2008?  Vendor show dates are 3/20 - 3/21.  We'll make room for you in our booth as usual if someone will be commit to being there.  Please let us know ASAP so we can get our booth layout completed.

Thank you for the offer, I will have to check on this. Is it possible to give me few days, or do you need to have an answer today?
Thanks

Moab is not that far from Gene.

Not sure if he can make it or not.

I will not know until we get closer to that time frame.

I am working on trying to get into a leadership class on the east coast for my job about the same time frame.

Thanks for the offer of booth space.

Marti, thanks for working this.

We just need to know by the end of the year, so there's still time to figure it out.  Let us know.  Steve Edmunds is on this forum and is our official delegate, so you can message him with any info/questions.  Thanks.

Steve,
Thank you for the information. That should give us enough time to figure out who is going and if it is in the budget. Again, thank you for the opportunity and we will let you know as soon as possible.

U4WDA is putting our EJS plans together this week...   I'd like to BUMP this back to an active topic.

Is United going to be represented this year?

Thanks for bumping this up Steve.  It reminds me that we need to make sure UF is aware that there will be limited space in the booth.  So please don't bring your giant backdrop (or feel free to bring it, but there might not be enough space to set all of it up).  This was a huge problem for us in 2006.  Space is limited of course.  We can usually "overflow" into the adjoining booths, but there's no guarentee.  Bring whatever you want, but be aware that space is limited.  We want UF to be represented, but our priority at EJS is to raise money via our raffle and support RR4W in their product/jeep raffle.

Forgive me but when you state UF does that mean UFWDA?

Yes, UF is UFWDA and U4 is U4WDA.

Steve,
For clarity and uniformity, can you please use the proper abbreviation for United Four Wheel Drive Associations when posting here or on other forums.  The proper and accepted abbreviation is "UFWDA".

Using the proper abbreviations for all organizations and companies allows for less confusion and accurate portrayal of that entity.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Happy Holidays!

Steve,

I'm not that far away from Moab, and if this is in our budget I'll be there. Not sure what was budgeted this next year. I think we should be there to show our support.

Our board of directors meets tonight...  we will be doing much of the planning for our Easter Jeep Safari event.

If UFWDA has the budget, and you are going to attend - great!

.... give me a call so we can discuss the details  (I sent a PM with my contact info)
