Q. Is there a way to pay for extra meal ticket and shirt by check? I only see that it asks for CC. I will be sending in my registration by check and wanted to include this on my ticket so my girl can eat and be clothed for the weekend :)  BEN

BEN WOOD,

Yes, you can pay by check. You may order the items and send your check to the Beaverton, Oregon address that is on the back of the Voice.

Thanks
Marti

The Payment Method only lists CC. How can I confirm that there will be an extra ticket and shirt apon arrival?

Ben,
You can send the order in with your check, size etc. and I will make sure that it is on the order form when we place the order for the t-shirts.

Tow vehicle & trailer parking...
« Reply #35 on: March 08, 2008, 07:14:44 pm »
I'm expecting that an area is planned for tow vehicle and trailer parking. Will it be the same area that was used for guides at Camp Jeep, by the race track?

John,
We are working on a map that shows the event layout, as well as parking and staging areas.  We will post it up as soon as it is ready.

Do we need to register for the Safety Class by this Friday as well?  Also, do we know the specifics around the class as in what time it starts, duration and anything needed by the attendees?

Jason,

You can regrister later than this Friday. You should regrister before the Event tho. You need your vechicle, I'm sure the class will start about 8:30 or 9:00. I'll check for sure with Chris Tefke, as he is the instructer.

Maybe I missed this item but didn't find it listed in the schedule.
When and were will it be held?  How do we register for it?
I'm somewhat computer dumb so...I did do a search for "Safety Class," but nothing other came up.

Hi Robert,
The registration will not close this Friday for the 4WD Awareness classes. The registration link is on the home page of the UFWDA website on the right hand side of the page. It will be held at Oak Ridge Sunday April 13, 2008 at Oak Ridge Estate, the same location as the Wheel-in. It will begin at 9:00 a.m. and is a six hour course. Please let me know if you have any other questions and I will do my best to help out.
Thanks
Marti

The course is not required to attend the Wheel-in.

It is being offered to anyone wanting to take the course.

I believe everyone packs their own lunchs, the trail ride runs all day and there will not be a detour to town for grub come noon.
