A Walking Access Bill, introduced to the NZ Parliament in April has huge potential to eliminate  variety of recreational options for New Zealanders despite supposedly 'improving walking access'. It will devastate legal four wheeling opportunities. Angry

The present Government are wanting to push this through into law before the General Election in Oct/Nov this year.
