I got this via Winter Wildlands Alliance email.  Even though this issue below is about snowmobiles, it also includes the travel management issues that we are facing in many of our forests.

We need comments about this sent to the link below.

Also, this group has not been on my radar for this area, and is a new one to me.  Not that they are new, but this is the first time they have come onto my radar.
