Good morning,
The fee for registration is for the cost is per vehicle. Passengers do not cost extra unless they would like a meal ticket for the catered dinner Saturday night or an extra t-shirt. An information sheet with answers to a lot of FAQ's will be posted on the main page of the website this week. If you have any questions at all please feel free to post them here and I will answer the best I can.
