Don't worry about it.  Keep it in the coffers, and keep my Voice in color.    Grin

Yes, and can we make it a "sticky" or something so it stays at the top?  Grin

Milt, Tom, Carla, Todd - one of you web master guru types - is there any sort of way to track the Tank O Gas challenge results by state or association or club here on the website?   Grin

Happy Trails,
Mel

Is this something that we want to track?
If we do, I can create an excel file to do it.
When people post up that they donated, I would ask that they list the club, association and state they are from.
Some of it, I can gather from the signature they have.

With the software setup we have at best I can do it by hand but I don't get an alert each time a payment is made. That is on Milt/Marti's end. I can ask to have that info transferred over to me along with the mail in payments. Again this would all be by hand but I am willing to keep track of all of it for this cause! This is too exciting to pass up!

I can parse the contact information from the credit card receipt and e-mail to you Tom.  Although by the activity just in the last couple of days, we may need to fnd a way to automate the process!   Grin

Paul & Tom

Obviously, automation is better.
If we can gather the state, association, and club they belong to, that would be great.
Then I could track it with excel and create charts with the data.

If we are not able to gather the data, then I will have to work on other ways of getting it.

Thanks
