Any info on one in TX this time?  I know the one scheduled for Nov of this year was cancelled and it is just too far of a drive fro me  to get to the one in VA so how 'bout it?

We have rescheduled it and we are working o a press release right now to make the big announcement. It is going to be a lot of fun and I will be sure to send you personal message with all of the details once the press release is done. See you in Texas!

It would be helpful if that info is added to the flier at least the cost to attend and a mention of discount for members. 

I'm actually wondering what the discount is if you register prior to Dec 31st as the flier indicates.

Thanks for the Sarcasm;  now seriously, it would be nice to know what the discount is for registering prior to Dec 31st.  Yes I am a member and I guess the member price would be $95, but  what extra discount do I get if I register prior to Dec 31st? 

Besides this info still needs to be listed on the flyer for ease of the members or non members.  People won't go very to find out info that is not easily found!

The camping will be primitive. We look forward to having everyone out to the Wheel-in again and look forward to an exciting new schedule and great new activities. As soon as possible we will post a tentative schedule.

The discount is a $30 discount prior to December 31, 2008. The price increase is due to an increase in land use fees this year from last year.

First here is a Great Hello from Florida............. This is great timing just was getting ready to plan our next trip?? So it is planed we will be there. Is the camping going to be in the same place?? If so let us know and we will get with the guy (can't remember his name) to setup the sites.

So what you are saying is that members get a discount of $30 prior to Dec. 31 and then the price goes up to $125.  Is that for all attendees, members and non or does the non member attendance fee go up as well?

Example:
Prior to December 31st - Member fee $95, non-Member $125
After December 31st - Member fee $125, non-Member fee $155

Is this what you are saying??
