How about a list of registered attendees being published, like Jesse does for the Annual?

Just an idea .. Grin

Sure is tiresome being ignored.

Not sure how you are being ignored?
If you print the flyer, it can be inserted into some of the other associations flyers/newsletters.
You can also right click the link and save it to your computer for the same thing if the newsletters are electronic.
When you call the number, you will get Marti, and she can register you then.

Marti is on Vacation until 5 Jan 09, and will answer questions then.
Registration discount for members will be extended also.
Member numbers are also on your Voice mailing label.

We are working on the shipping issue when ordering additional meal tickets.
Should have that fixed in the next couple of days.

Thanks

Billie Jeanne

It looks like the store issue is fixed with the shipping charge.

Please let us know if it is now.

I asked that we could get that information on the flier so that those that rely on the Voice or association newsletters had a way to register. Its difficult at best to edit a PDF, especially when the information required is not being shared. Also, I do understand how to save an item off a webpage.

Also Josh Howery can't get his membership number off the voice since he stated he hasn't been receiving the voice.

Todd,

Well, I just gave it another try and now it doesn't charge you for shipping, but it says it is not available at this time in my area.  I tried to ignore that message, assuming I would pick up the extra ticket at the event and go ahead and check out, but it won't go past that page.  So, there still appears to be a glitch.  I will anxiously await its repair  Grin.  We are registered so getting the extra ticket is not urgent.  Have a safe and happy new year!  BJ

Billie Jeanne

Thanks for the update.

After the first of the year, we will fix it.
Most of the people that have the ability, are on vacation.

Thanks

Also Josh Howery can't get his membership number off the voice since he stated he hasn't been receiving the voice.

I understood Josh's comment.
I have since posted a thread for member numbers.
Marti or Tom will PM/email the member number back to the member.

My first comment was for those that do get their voice and did not know that their member number is on the label.

I tried to register and pay and it gives me an error.

Does this mean I am regsistered for the $95 fee but just have not paid yet?  How can I get through this?

I tried to call and email but does not look like I will have any resolution until after the January 5th.

Mike

Thanks for registering for the Va Wheel-in.

Marti or Tom will check on this in the New Year.
So, yes, it will take until the new year to resolve any issues with your registration.
Sorry for the inconvience, and we will fix it.

Thanks for posting the error page.

Just registered Smiley  My son and I are looking forward to it.  We had a great time last year.

Of course, I messed up and paid the non member price.  Can I credit that extra $30 to my son's meal and t shirt?

Also, for those of us that were there last year, can you give us an idea of where the camping is going to be located?
