Tim,

I am sorry that you have not received your tire deflators or your membership card. I am looking into both of those. Could you tell me what number you called and I will take care of that as well.

The registration packets for the Wheel-in will be received at the Wheel-in along with the t-shirts and meal tickets. The check in will open at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday and you will receive those when you check in.

If you have concerns or questions please feel free to call me at 434-465-5302 or you can email me at mpufwda@gmail.com

Thanks
Marti

Marti,

I don't know if Clair is coming or not.  However, you will be very excited to hear that Rick Bear is coming!  Billie J

That is fine,  it just begins at 4:00 p.m., it is not required that you be there at 4:00 p.m..
Thanks

Chris/Marti,

Can you address what the parameters will be if we face some inclement weather for the wheel-in?  I know we want to protect the trails as much as possible and since we've had a tame winter thus far, luck would have it that we'd have a snow/ice storm in the middle of March.

I'm guessing you'll just say, we'll see what happens?

Looking forward to the new camping spot that will have us all together, it should make for bringing us together as a group.

thanks,

jason

Is the new camping spot the same one we used at the Va4wd run last fall?   Is that where the bonfire/bands/etc are going to be or are those going to go on over a the track?  Edit... i'm an idiot... didn't read Chris's post earlier.... race track infield....
