UFWDA has been working for several years on the matter of USFS certification processes.  Attached is a combined response to that.

It will be VERY interesting to see their response.

A tremndous thank you for the great work the team did writing the comments.

If I'm not misteake, I believe I see quite a bit of Carla's flair and writing style included in the document.
