It would seem to be useful info to have in my back pocket when trying to work with a local Ranger Office who doesn't seem to want to be bothered.
What are you supposed to do when you see an "endangered" animal eating an "endangered" plant?

Hi Keith, we have asked Carla to follow up with the USFS, to confirm their position on that agreement. Thanks for raising it.
