What are the different prices of registration for?

$50/vehicle - The price for the event if you stay at a Snowshoe Mountain Resort that is listed on our registration page is $50/vehicle. That does not include the cost of the hotel. Snowshoe is giving UFWDA a reduced rate so make sure you call them and let them know that you are with our event to find out about the special rates.

$100/vehicle -The price for the event if you decide to camp is $100/vehicle. Snowshoe resort is charging us an additional $50 for participants that are not staying at one of their resorts so we have to charge an additional $50. There are camping facilities in Cass, West Virginia which is roughly 5 miles from the resort property.

$70-$120/vehicle - The price for non-members is $70 or $120/vehicle which will include everything plus a membership to UFWDA for one year.

What is the price range for the rooms at Snowshoe?

As mentioned, Snowshoe Resort is giving UFWDA a discounted rate for the event and the prices are range from $71/night - $275/night. Most of the accommodations are condominiums and can accommodate more than one family.

Are well mannered, leashed dogs (you thought I was going to kids, didn't ya) along with their well mannered owners who will clean up after them allowed on the trail?

I did find out that there are pet friendly rooms available.

Thanks!  And counting the days!
