That's a tough call Dave and maybe there are still a few arguments in favor of 4x4 that might have the FS reconsider. A hell of a lot of work by a dedicated team that has been bulldozed with that FS decision.  Do they get a bill for the culverts and labor ?

Tough, but not unexpected.  We are up against a very well-funded environmental law group. 

We spent countless hours and large amounts of money over the last 23 years. Its a shame the Forest Service didn't fulfill their obligation.
