CORVA event at Truckhaven cancelled

For those that have not seen it yet, the CORVA event at Truckhaven was cancelled this past weekend. 
There was a lawsuit filed by the Center for Biological Diversity group.  This is the same group that attempt to buy the Truckhaven lands last year. 
The individuals that showed up could wheel, and party, but the official event did not happen.
From what I read, it sounds as though those that were there donated a lot of money to CORVA for their legal defense fund. 

How is this going to affect the upcoming TDS event?

We plan on attending TDS for the first time ever.

There is a lot of discussion at this time.  We do not know the full impact on Desert Safari or individual access to the area.

I will be meeting with OMVR Division later this week to cover some of the issues raised by the lawsuit.

More informaton will be available within the week.
