Thanks for sharing.  I am not on the distribution lists anymore and missed the email about this.

Looks good and thanks to all who contributed.

Hi Todd, are you still getting UFWDA e-News?  If you are, you should also be getting the notification of The Voice release.

Regards

Color me impressed! Nice work.

I was all prepared not to like this but I was wrong. It's well-presented and an interesting read. Kudos!

Here's a little hint for others like me who are having to strain a bit to read it: You can download it as a PDF (using the buttons across the top) ad have a bit more control over the size of the print. But be warned that it makes for a very large file (I got 42 MB).

I still miss the paper copies but understand the economics just won't support it. This is certainly a worthy substitute.

Thanks for your comments Keith, I'll bet that the layout people use a 20" screen!

Now that we've made this jump, we are going to need to maintain the content levels and that's where member's adventures will be interesting to us. The photos will be an important component, perhaps more so than the words.

Keep that in mind people, as you are out four wheeling.

Once you download the pdf, you can print and take it to the reading room or on the road with you.

Peter, I will work on being a guest contributor once in a while.  Please keep me on your list to send a reminder to though, or I will forget.

Some of our club/association members did not receive this other than being forwarded. They are members of United (as we all are). Is there a link where they can self-subscribe? instead of being dependent on someone to forward.

Thanks for that Keith, the same email address list is used for both UFWDA e-News and The Voice so if those members wish, they can directly subscribe through the UFWDA website using the e-News subscribe button.

We are acutely aware that we currently do not reach all the members of UFWDA with emails, as there are many who we do not have addresses for. We are trying to convince all member organizations to provide us with any lists that they have so that we can widen the direct delivery of electronic mail to members.

The management of the email list by UFWDA is strict and it is only used for delivery of The Voice and e-News.
