The Wheel-in for 2010 have been set and the dates are August 12,13 & 14, 2010 at Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia.

The registration and more information will be available February 1, 2010. Keep an eye on this thread for all of the latest information.

See you in West Virginia!

Any advice on the lodging?  What is closest to the staging area, etc?

Josh,
Lodging with be at one of the lodges on site. Marti will probably have the complete info online Wednesday morning. We're just reviewing it one more time to make sure we've got everything in order.

There was an event there last year as well.
Discounts for staying at the event site.

Yes, there is camping in Cass, West Virginia. There are hook ups for an RV on site at the Silver Creek Lodge and you can call the reservations number to discuss those arrangements.

There have been some questions about having to show up on Thursday, if it suits you better, you can show up for 8AM Friday morning to register Smiley.
