The following is the tentative schedule for the 2010 Wheel-in schedule. The schedule is subject to change.

Thursday, August 12, 2010:

4:00 p.m. - Registration opens
                Trail Chef Competition begins

7:00 p.m. - Trail Chef Competition ends and judging begins
                 
7:30 p.m. - Announce the winner of the Trail Chef Competition and present awards

8:00 p.m. - FREE RAFFLE

Friday, August 13, 2010:

8:00 a.m. - Check-in

8:30 a.m. - Driver's meeting

9:00 a.m. - Morning Trail Ride Begins

12:00 p.m. - Afternoon Driver's meeting

12:30 p.m. - Afternoon Trail Ride Begins

4:00 p.m. - All trial rides return

6:00 p.m. - Begin 50/50 Raffle - Entertainment

9:00 p.m. - FREE RAFFLE and 50/50 drawing

Saturday, August 14, 2010 -

8:30 a.m. - Driver's meeting

9:00 a.m. - Morning Trial Ride Begins

12:00 p.m. - Afternoon Driver's meeting

12:30 p.m. - Afternoon Trial ride begins

4:00 p.m. - Trail Ride return

6:00 p.m. - Entertainment/Catered Dinner

7:30 p.m. - Large Raffle

There have been some questions about having to show up on Thursday, if it suits you better, you can show up for 8AM Friday morning to register .

UMMMMMMMMM MARTI,

Where is this stuff happening? It doesn't say on anything that i have found so far. I am getting questions about where everything is happening off the schedule but, it doesn't say if it is at the in or on top the mountain somewhere.

Please advise so i can let the WV folks know.

Most of the festivities will be taking place at the Inn at Snowshoe, including the dinner, raffle and the trail chef contest.

I am glad to hear that you have folks from West Virginia signing up! If they need any help please let me know.

Does the Inn allow for gas grills or only charcoal for the Chef competition?

Dont ask just do until you are told differently. She said if you could carry it in your jeep you can cook with it.
