2010 Wheel-in Hotel Accomodations
«

UFWDA is recommending that all participants stay at the Inn at Snowshoe at the mountain base. Snowshoe Resort has blocked that entire facility for our event.
Here is the link to the Inn at Snowshoe:
http://www.snowshoemtn.com/lodging/mountain-base/InnatSnowshoe/index.htm
There are other accommodations available at the top of the mountain if you choose to stay in the central village.
To make reservations at Snowshoe Mountain Resort for accommodations please call 1-877-441-4386. You must let them know that you are with the UFWDA Wheel-in event in order to receive the discounted rate.
If you have any questions or need further assistance you may post to this thread or email
business@ufwda.org
.
See you all in West Virginia!!
Thanks
Marti

Ryan,
The discounted rates for the rooms at the Inn at Snowshoe are as follows:
$79/night - single occupancy
$84/night - double occupancy
$89/night - above double occupancy
John,
Yes, there is camping available in Cass, West Virginia. There is also hook ups for RV's or campers at the Silver Creek Lodge. You can call the reservation number to make reservations for the hook up space.
Thanks

Thank You Marti. I will check out the camping and make a decision... it would be hard to howl at the moon from a hotel room!

Well, let's put it this way... I have the OK from the boss lady, even to head up early to do a little mountain biking and the boy is stoked and ready to go. I would say I am at 92.35% positive, just waiting for funds to recover from a recent home purchase to register and make reservations. I'd like to camp, but it is looking like staying at the resort may just be the best option.
You in?

Do both events! I'll make you a package deal...I'll give some of the same great trail guides at both events. How does that sound?
