Thursday4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Check-in for the Wheel-in event begins. Check-in for the event will be in the lobby of the Inn at Snowshoe. You may also check-in prior to the Driver's Meeting Friday morning at the Silver Creek Parking Lot Staging Area.
4:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Trail Chef Competition begins. The Trail Chef Competition will be taking place in the parking lot of the Inn at Snowshoe.
6:00 p.m. - Meet and Greet in the parking lot of the Inn at Snowshoe. Come out and meet the Trail Guides, the Board of Directors and your fellow Wheel-in participants.
7:00 p.m. - The Trial Chef participants will present their items to the judges and winners will be announced.
8:00 p.m. - FREE RAFFLE
Friday8:00 a.m. - Friday morning check-in for participants that did not check in Thursday night. Check-in Friday morning will be at the Staging Area in the Silver Creek parking lot.
8:30 a.m. - Driver's meeting at the Staging Area in the parking lot at Silver Creek. (maps will be provided when you check-in so that you are aware of the location of Silver Creek)
9:00 a.m. - Trail Ride Begins. Please note that you will not be returning from the trail so make sure you pack drinks and a lunch for the ride. All trail rides will be out all day and there will not a separate afternoon ride.
4:00 p.m. - Trail Rides return.
4:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Entertainment in the Central Village at Snowshoe Mountain.
8:00 p.m. - Begin 50/50 Raffle Sales in the lounge area at the Inn at Snowshoe.
9:00 p.m. - 50/50 Raffle drawing and FREE RAFFLE
Saturday -
8:30 a.m. - Driver's Meeting
9:00 a.m. - Trail Ride Begins
4:00 p.m. - Trail Ride Return
6:00 p.m. - Catered Dinner
7:30 p.m. - Raffle
