Although the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) has been issued (sort of) on time, it is likely that the final plan will not be ready and in place until after Labor Day 2011.

The FEIS calls for a series of ORV corridors and some changes in access along with a fee for ORVs on the beach.
