Yes.  There will be an Annual Report which will contain the Agenda for the AGM.

Jennifer,
John and I are wondering if we may camp at the fairgrounds a day or so before the PA Jeep Show, as well as several days after the show (during the AGM scheduled time). We haven't seen any reference to that so far. Also, do we send reservations/$$ for the campground? I may have missed that in the several pages of material regarding the Jeep Show/AGM/Trail rides.Thanks!

Delegates attending the AGM will need to register beforehand in order to vote, The 'credential' form is available to download from http://www.ufwda.org/events/agm/

Well my plans have fell apart.  The WJ is at the mechanic since Monday with a repair date unknown at this time.
Guess I was meant to be working and try to catch up on my backlog at the office.

Hope the AGM goes well and some folks have FUN at the Trail Ride.
I'll have to put Rausch Creek back on my To Do List.

Welcome to Preston Stevens as the new public relations director for UFWDA. Preston had been on the UFWDA BoD several years ago in the membership role and is currently on the board of Middle Atlantic 4WD Association
