Since this is a private forum we should all use names not nick names or aliases.  Most have done so but it should be a requirement.

Mike, the registration form has been updated to require a real name.  We really would like everyone to use and display their real names and it is a definite requirement for anyone with privledges beyond a basic user.

It is a private forum in that it is and will be moderated for content but the public can view certain discussions and can create an account in order to post in some areas of the board.
